Service-Level Agreement

Our SaaS offerings have the following SLA parameters:

ProductUptime95th percentile max response time for API calls
LogSentinel SIEM99.99%600ms
Sentinel Trails99.99%600ms

In case the SLA is not met, a customer can request a discount or a refund as follows:

  • In case of a monthly subscription, 50% discount off for the next month
  • In case of an annual subscription, a 4% refund
  • In case of an enterprise contract, a refund as specified in the contract
